Enthralled in desire
Smoldering embers
Burst into flames
With every emotion of motion
Eyes closed moans
And whispers of love
Spent you open your eyes
Only to see someone else
In your vision…
Replaced by the image in your head
Dreams float through my fingers
I stand and watch as my dreams blow away
Close my eyes, wishing I held on just a little bit tighter
Dreams caught on the breath of wind
